Group Training for Women

Group Training

Ladies-only group training classes are available for groups of up to 5 women. Training in a group will allow you to pursue your own fitness goals while pushing and inspiring other women to be successful.

Cardio Kickboxing for Women

Cardio Kickboxing

Cardio kickboxing offers an exciting, high-intensity alternative to traditional cardio training. You'll burn more calories and fat in a fraction of the time you would spend on a treadmill or elliptical.

Rabih Tabbara

Rabih Tabbara — ACSM Certified

Rabih is an ACSM certified and NESTA MMA strength and conditioning coach. He is a fitness enthusiast that walked the walk. He lost 56 lbs. and dropped from 216 lbs. to 160 lbs. With more than 9 years in training and body transformation expertise, he specializes in motivating and inspiring his clients to achieve results and attain their goals.
